At IEP, language and culture learning is delivered through the Six Phase Program. The Six Phase Program is an immersive program that integrates language and culture in a natural and meaningful way. This program is based on the concept of growing participation, where learners actively engage and progressively grow within a new culture through continuous interaction.
In this process, the “nurturer” serves not only as an instructor but also as a committed guide who accompanies learners throughout their language and culture learning journey. The “growing participator” is the learner who intentionally observes, absorbs, and practices the language in real-life situations. This collaborative relationship creates a learning experience that is personal, natural, and sustainable, extending far beyond traditional teacher and student practices.
Our Programs

For English, IEP provides a diverse selection of programs tailored to your specific needs. These include general English, English for specific purposes, TOEFL preparation, English for academic writing, English for the service and hospitality sector, and English for professional administrative staff. IEP also brings strong expertise and experience in delivering English training for the healthcare sector, supporting doctors, nurses, midwives, and hospital administrative staff in communicating effectively in their professional settings. Each program is designed to ensure learning is focused, practical, and aligned with the needs of the participants.
